I am trying to get Solar Express DE installed under vmware server.
It get to the point where it loads the windowing system then catches
signal 11. FYI: I have openSolaris working in vmware no problem.
Fatal server error:
Caught signal 11. Server aborting
XIO: fatal IO error 146 (Connection refused) on X server ":0.0"
after 0 requests (0 known processed) with 0 events remaining.
ERROR: The X windows System failed to initialize. The most likely
cause is that your graphics display device is not supported.
For a text based installation, you must install by choosing the
'Solaris Express' option from the GRUB menu. This option requires
more configuration information than the
'Solaris Express , Developers Editions' option.
