Hi,
Thanks for responding. I realized the errors might be due to an
incompatible guest OS - I had Solaris Express 10, but I guess it wasn't
the Community Edition.
However, now my problem is that I am unable to obtain the sources from
the mercurial respository using hg, since I am working from a machine
with firewall restrictions, and there isn't a SOCKS proxy that works for
me. So I am not able to connect with the ssh:// in hg.
Earlier, I was working with the tar.gz source tarballs, but I see a
message as of 04/23 on http://dlc.sun.com/osol/on/downloads/current/
that the source tarballs have been deprecated.
Is there any way you could post the source tarballs (for x86 platform)
dated 20070423 online? (that will be compatible with closed-bins and
SUNWonbld with the same dates)
It would really help to have the tarball since I have tried many tricks
to fetch from the mercurial repository but nothing has worked.
Thanks,
Swetha.

Could you provide more of the messages in the build log that surround this
error?
