Create a button.
1) Position the cursor on the panel where you want the button.
2) Right click, choose "Add to Panel > Launcher"
3) In the pop-up box add the command "/opt/sfw/bin/sudo /usr/sbin/init 5"
4) Fill in the rest of the information (icons, names, etc) to your desire.
Please note, this assumes you have "sudo" set up properly.
