Nope, there is no specific AMD64 version (unlike most Linux distributions). It's just x86. The fun comes when you install from that media, the Solaris kernel will load in either 32-bit or 64-bit depending on if the machine supports one or the other (or both). One thing to note, the Installer itself *always* runs in 32-bit mode so don't be alarmed. Once your installed and reboot, the Solaris kernel will do the right thing.
