Not a lot to go on. You can first check that the devices show up in the device list (prtconf -v and/or scanpci), and the network interface list (ifconfig -a).
If you plan on switching between your ethernet NIC and wireless regularly, then I suggest you look at switching from the standard network handler to nwam, which works automatically and really well.
