I got me an HP 15k rpm ,73Gb FC-AL hard drive off eBay to go with the 73gb
Seagate in my Sunblade 1000.When I first put it in I got the usual error msg
about a bad magic number,so I formatted it and assgned an SMI label to it.Upon
reboot the error was gone so I booted into the OS,only to find out that it's
seen only as a 2 gb hard drive.I took out the primary drive to see if the
install disc (v70) saw the disk and it did,but again it only saw the first 2 gb.
Once I was back up with both drives connected,I tried doing an sformat and when
I specified the device it said that it could not find the lun.
Any ideas???
