Yep, the Athlon thunderbirds don't have SSE. The standard
libc.so.1 is tagged with "needs SSE", when in fact no SEE is
required!

Hmm, bug 6332924 mentions "Commit to Fix: snv_70", but no
"Fixed In".  It's not yet fixed!  (That is, snv_71 or snv_72 wouldn't
have it fixed, either)
