1) Enable acpi in the bios, if you find anything about cpu speedstep feature, enable them as well. 2) startup system and run # dmesg > dmesg.txt 3) Download a tool from here: http://playground.sun.com/pub/dmick/iasl 4) Run "./iasl -g" as root and you 'll get a few fiels 5) attach the file "ssdt_?_CpuPm.dsl" and 2)'s "dmesg.txt" to me.
