Hello,
I have a problem with Belenix 0.6.1 hdd installation.
After installing to hdd, I cannot boot from hard disk, because grub is answered
that syntax in menu.lst is not right.
Ok, I’m change menu.lst correspond with case
“http://www.sun.com/msg/SUNOS-8000-AK” to
“title BeleniX (32Bit, ACPI)
        root (hd0,0,a)
        kernel$ /platform/i86pc/kernel/$ISADIR/unix
        module$ /platform/i86pc/$ISADIR/boot_archive “
After that I see that in platform/i86pc I have not boot_archive!!!
Follow the instructions, I create this under booting with livecd with:
/mnt/solaris0/boot/solaris/bin/create_ramdisk -R /mnt/solaris0
And
/sbin/bootadm update-archive -R /mnt/solaris0
After booting with liveCd.
Ok
Next error message in grub is
“Krtld could neither locate nor resolve symbol for /platform/i86pc/kernel//unix
In the boot archive”
I must remark that with running the
/mnt/solaris0/boot/solaris/bin/create_ramdisk -R /mnt/solaris0
/sbin/bootadm update-archive -R /mnt/solaris0 me
Under Livecd has an error message that not find crypto library in kernel
but boot_archive is created.
To this time I cannot find successfully to boot from HDD.

I think that hdinstaller is not working properly yet, and cannot make finally
configuration for a right system hardware settings.

Any solution for this?

I must note that Belenix live cd is not working properly in case video driver
nvidia (strange why is called nv when right driver is nvidia).
I cannot rum mode 1024x768 with driver nv.
Nor with standard graphical interface, nor with Xgl.
Only VGA mode with 16 bit color with my video card.

My configuration is
Intel 2.4G Northwood HT,
Intel 865 PERL
Video Nvidia Ge force 3 Ti 200
SB Audigy
