There's not enough information in your mail to help us help you.

Could you have turned on power management, in which case, read the man
pages for pmconfig and power.conf ? There may be other reasons why your
machine rebooted.

Yes, lots - at a system level, see logs in /var/adm/messages.* At an
individual service level, there's some in /var/svc/log/*

Oh, you want to go from ZFS to UFS, in which case the example I mentioed
before should be:

# cd /zfs-dir
# find . | cpio -pvdum /ufs-dir

Otherwise, cp, mv, tar, rsync - and many other utilities can help.
