Failsafe sessions are broken for non-root users in Nevada builds 74-77
due to bug 6616853, which was fixed in 78. From the bug report, it
looks like the workaround is to delete the "if [ -x /usr/bin/plabel ]; "
section of /usr/dt/config/Xfailsafe (assuming you're not running with
Trusted Extensions enabled).
