I'm having problem building whole ON consolidation under usr using nightly script. The errors that I'm getting are looking for files under usr/closed. There is a post which describes this problem but I think we need to give better steps for outside people to compile whole ON consolidation.

I can edit Makefiles and prevent compiling of usr/closed directory but I don't think this is a nice way. I also see a bug 6414822 on the same lines but it is not fixed yet.
