To add OS-level keyboard layout support of Phonetic Bulgarian keyboard
layout support which we don't have it appears, please read the following:

If you'd like to just use Phonetic Bulgarian keyboard layout with your
Xorg X server based GUI desktop, create your xorg.conf by using
/usr/X11/bin/Xorg -configure, update the file to use "bg" layout with
"phonetic" variant, place the file into /etc/X11/xorg.conf, and
restart the Xorg X server.
