You need to edit  the grub  menu.lst   file. 

   this file is the configuration file for the GRUB bootloader and it also 
 contains the  instructions  for how to edit itself. 

the file is here:

 /boot/grub/menu.lst 


You need to make an entry like the example  and fill in the disk and partition 
number you want to boot from  and uncomment the lines . 

# To chainload another OS
#
# title Another OS
#       root (hd<disk no>,<partition no>)
#       chainloader +1
