Well, if somebody can explain to a Solaris newbie how to file a bug report, and what kind of crash logs there might be from an installer reboot, I'll have a go at reproducing it in the morning. Should be easy enough to reproduce in vmware.
You'll need to explain things quite clearly I'm afraid.
