No, we are not sick of trying to help ! 1) do you know what NIC model you DO have ?
2) if not, run /usr/X11/bin/scanpci to find out !
3) If scanpci does not find anything , run prtconf -v
We need to find the Vendor CODE and THE PCI device ID of you r NIC !
Then we can try to find what driver applies.
