Either way, if you want to costumize those parameters you'll need to create a project associate to a resource pool and this resource pool you'll have to associate it to the zone. Basically you should check resource management and containers under docs.sun.com you can find the manual for zones. Try to find a blueprint named Blue Containers (I don't have link with me) which is pretty good explaining how to implement several things.
