Hi all, I am trying to build solaris from source code. I built it on snv_82.
Everything worked fine and I could generate install.tar file for x86 machine. After that , I extracted .tar file on another machine (x86) which also has snv_82 on it. Now, When I reboot system, it gives me options which kernel to boot.. when I select my kernel , it lists number errors like "INIT: could not set contract template parameter ... Invalid Argument" and then it prompts me for password for root, but I am not able to type anything there... Note: I have not changed any code. Could anyone tell me what is wrong?
