I can't say 'best', but cheapest? NF630a that is it, here. Biostar TF7050-M2; maybe some will cough, but it is also the most energy efficient, at least with the low-TDP AMD CPUs;and this is why I bought it. 1 single chip, supports audio 2.1, NVIDIA-IGP with HDMI, TV-out (on-board); plus a Broadcom RTL 8111B, 1 Gb-LAN; all out of the box nv81. Don't forget to upgrade the BIOS, though.
