I'm having a similar error to some of the errors that people are getting when installing on ATA drives, but the one difference is that I am using SCSI drives not ATA. I've installed OpenSolaris 2008.05 on to a Sun V60 with two SCSI drives. I used the "Whole Disk" option. When it comes time to boot, I get the following error:
WARNING: Timeout on target 0 lun 0. Initializing recovery. WARNING: Timeout on target 0 lun 0. Initializing recovery. WARNING: Timeout on target 0 lun 0. Initializing recovery. WARNING: /[EMAIL PROTECTED],0/pci8086,[EMAIL PROTECTED]/pci8086,[EMAIL PROTECTED]/pci8086,[EMAIL PROTECTED],1/[EMAIL PROTECTED],0 (sd1): SCSI transport failed: reason 'reset': retrying command And from there it just repeats and never boots. I tried the -B disable-cpudrv=true work around, but no luck there either. Any thoughts?
