I have this card (Adaptec 39160) installed on a IBM xSeries 335 machine. When I
run the Driver config utility on the opensolaris livecd it says the driver is
missing. This is what open solaris reads it as. Adaptec AHA-3960D/AIC-7899A
U160 m(1) & m(2). From what I understand from the HCL this card should work in
Opensolaris. I have tested this card in Solaris and have had no issues. Thanks
