There's plenty of info online, but if you're after a printed book I bought the Solaris 10 System Administration Exam Prep book by Bill Calkins. I'm very new to Solaris and I'm finding it invaluable.
Other than that I tend to google. Just a simple google search will usually bring up a few examples and if you want the official syntax, just add "sun docs" to the search and nine times out of ten you'll get the details you need.
