Hi! What is the easiest way to get a JDK 1.5 (NOT 1.6) for OpenSolaris?
The official Sun downloads won't work. They will install but JDK 1.5 requires OpenMotif and there's no OpenMotif package for OpenSolaris. I managed to compile OpenMotif 2.3.1 using GCC (SunStudio failed) but I feel like hacking. Same feeling comes up when consiering to install Solaris 10 packages on OpenSolaris.
