I think Virtual Box isn't in the OpenSolaris IPS repository. Instead, if I
remember correctly, you download a .tar file from the official VirtualBox web
site, and when you unpack / unzip the tar file, there are instructions in a
text file that tell you how to continue installing it from there (basically you
run a script while having root permissions and this script installs VirtualBox
for you).
