If you're referring to in Xorg, this is a known bug introduced by the
Xorg 1.5.3 upgrade in 107:

If you check your LU upgrade log you'll probably see SUNWopensslr failed to
upgrade - there's a several bugs there related to the move from /etc/sfw/openssl
to /etc/openssl, especially if you have files in
/etc/sfw/openssl that aren't part of the SUNWopensslr package.
