Actually, the easy way to do this would be to restore Windows to be a
single boot. There is a post in the thread below that explains how:

Once it's a single boot system, go into windows and bring up the disk
manager. Blow away the partitions that were Linux. Once they're gone,
when you boot from Solaris it will happily help itself to all that free
space.
