You've chosen the dev branch and therefore, you must elect the
http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev/ as the preferred repository for all actions:
$ pfexec pkg set-authority -O http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev/ opensolaris.dev

I get the same result for any package I try. I have done a pkg
rebuild-index, no change.
I am able to browse the web from the box - even pkg.opensolaris.org
<http://pkg.opensolaris.org> so networking is not an issue.
Any one got any insights?
