Sorry - I'm not sure anyone has answered this.
If you're having trouble logging in via auth, you need to use the os.og
'sign in' page to reset your password.
Registration and tasks related to site registration (like resetting your
password) still need to be done via the regular os.org pages until we
officially transition to the new datbase and membership management.
auth.os.org can currently only be used to log in to source juicer and hub.
