Disclaimer: I'm not using a browser as recent as yours.
For me (as recent as Firefox 3.1b3), this usually means that at some
point I had cookies turned off, and the website in question has an
explicit exception to always block cookies. If you look in
Edit->Preferences, Privacy tab, and click on "Exceptions" next to
"Accept cookies from sites," do you find opensolaris.org (or
www.opensolaris.org, depending on what URL you're using)?
If that doesn't help, somebody much more website-savvy than myself will
need to step in.
