Blastwave is an IPS/pkg repository. You should be able to add it using:
pfexec pkg set-publisher -O http://blastwave.network.com:10000 blastwave.org
Also consider using Dovecot as your IMAP server, there's some info about it
here <link>http://www.dovecot.org/</link>. It's available from Blastwave as a
package called IPSdovecot, ie:
pfexec pkg install IPSdovecot
