Open terminal, use command:
pfexec cp
/export/home/_your_user_name_directory_/Download/flash_player_10_solaris_r32_18_x86/libflashplayer.so
/usr/lib/firefox/plugins/
Restart Firefox/Mozilla.
Verify the installation by typing about:plugins in the location bar or by
choosing Help > About Plugins.
You should see Adobe Flash Player listed as "Shockwave Flash Player 10.0"
To test Adobe Flash Player go to:
http://www.adobe.com/go/flashplayerversion
