Purchase it from Sun. Only source for the release with
SunOS 5.11 (i.e. the one still in development for the next
one after Solaris 10) was freely released as open source.
Older Solaris releases require purchasing source code
from Sun, and signing NDA's for the encumbered third-party
code contained therein. (.edu's could usually get the
source code discounted to free, everyone else has to pay
thousands of dollars.)
