I have upgraded the IB cart firmware to the 2.5 and to the 2.6 but now I do not see any errors in the dmesq and the driver could not attach: ~# add_drv -v hermon exit status = 0 devfsadm: driver failed to attach: hermon exit status = 1 Warning: Driver (hermon) successfully added to system but failed to attach Driver (hermon) installed.
