The file you will need to edit is /boot/grub/menu.lst
First login as root: su - in a shell then either use nano, vi, vim or
whatever cli text editor you prefer.
Afterwards it should just boot. :-) - I run both Ubuntu and Fedora on my
system with 2 instances of OpenSol and Belenix and works fine - you
would need the chainload command for Win too if you wanted to boot from it.
