documentation for newbies doesn't come from Sun, it comes from the Linux

There you go, all the basic Solaris commands a Debian Linux user would be
looking for right there in one very brief, easy to read article surrounded by
cute pictures of cartoon penguins.

The dtrace chapter was the best intro to dtrace that I have ever read (very
simple and to the point explanations of a very complex and difficult topic) and
is probably something that they should scan as a pdf and post up at
opensolaris.org and opensolaris.com
