Precisely why I can't support or recommend OpenOffice for business purposes, but I'm happy to recommend it for my Gramma or my cousins, for home purposes. 85% isn't good enough when it's a need. As for Evolution / Sunbird / Whatever ... If you just need something that can do email, no problem. If you just need something that will replace your paper calendar, no problem. If you need to collaborate and organize and schedule meetings with a personal organizer and meeting response tracking, with reliable reminders and seamless operation for travelers who are frequently going online, going offline, doing work, and needing to sync up again next time they're online ... Sunbird and any other free or OS-included tool I've tested are completely inadequate.
