You can either hit a key during the splash screen activity to display
the hidden text, or edit the grub menu to disable the splash screen
altogether (you can find instructions in previous postings). That should
reveal what is really happening on your system, at which point we can
all help a bit more.

When the system restart I see the splash screen with the bar going round and
then nothing happen the screen is just stuck on that and even there is no HDD
activity.
Later I tried formatting the HDD and then reinstalling the OS still the same.
So, please let me know what needs to be done for the same as I need opensolaris
for my project works.

HDD: 80GB
RAM: 1GB
Video: nVidia (Don't know the exact name but I saw it is compatible with the
version).
Any kind of help would be appreciated.
