Similar problem occuers when I try to uninstall SUNWaudiohd.

Problem is because you're attempting to uninstall drivers from a running
system; since this can render the machine unbootable the packaging system doesn't allow it.

I suggest the following:

beadm create -a 'new-be-name'
beadm mount 'new-be-name' /mnt
pkg -R /mnt uninstall NVDAgraphics SUNWaudiohd
bootadm update-archive -R /mnt
bootadm activate 'new-be-name'
reboot
