Build 111 also known as "2009.06" stable release is probably what should be used in production especially if you have a support contract. The support contract gives you access to the SRU1 through SRU7 back ported fixes to the 2009.06 build.

Builds after 111 (currently at build 130) have fixes and new features but they are development builds and are "use at you own risk" with support provided by the OpenSolaris aliases.

The next stable production release will be in 2010.03 and be build 13x ?

Hi,

I was just able to get a dual boot of opensolaris 2009.06 build 111, I believe
working dual boot with ubuntu 9.10....

I know that there are apparently later builds. Is there really any pressing
reason to upgrade right now, since everything is working great? If so please
tell me the best choice and best method to upgrade. Thanks!
