so your trying to have two publishers with the same name. Also, if I
remember correctly there is a problem with using the opensolaris.org
name. Both the release and developer require the same name
"opensolaris.org", you can only have one.
Try this:
pkg unset-publisher opensolaris.org
pfexec pkg set-publisher -P -O http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev/
opensolaris.org
