Thanks and it makes sense for users and is how I have my desktop login
setup. Habit from years of support NIS etc. The userdel man page
states is does not work with naming services like NIS but this use of
local /etc/auto_mount does not really fall into that category.
Since I have trouble with bugzilla searches, how did you structure your
search please.
