[osol-help] install opensolaris on "HP xw9400 (dual-SixCore-AMD64-Opteron) WorkStation"

Can anyone help/suggest as to how I install opensolaris on my "HP xw9400 
(dual-SixCore-AMD64-Opteron) WorkStation". 
When i tried, it just goes through repeated cycles of rebooting without any 
progress!
