I have a osol based home NAS box with 2 controllers - a LSI 1068 - a Intel 82801GR/GH (ICH7 Family)
If i pop out a disk from the LSI by # zpool offline... # cfgadm unconfigure... and move the disk to another port lets say one of the SATA controler i can # cfgadm configure it but all tries to get it back into the zpool (without export / import the zpool or rebooting the system) fail zpool allways complains "dev ... is part of an active zpool please use -f" even if i already used "zpool replace -f olddev newdev' any hints from here? this is a capture of a demo session -> http://pastie.org/953512 -- This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ opensolaris-help mailing list opensolaris-help@opensolaris.org
