No way. Still same problem. Either with complete refresh or re-add of
repository and then full refresh. Certificate is valid, but I'm getting this :

$ pfexec pkg refresh --full
pkg: 3/4 catalogs successfully updated:

https protocol error: code: 403 reason: Forbidden
URL: 'https://pkg.sun.com/opensolaris/extra/catalog/0/'.

Well I don't get the same here:

$ pkg publisher
PUBLISHER                             TYPE     STATUS   URI
opensolaris.org (preferred) origin online http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev/ Opensolaris-Contrib origin online http://pkg.opensolaris.org/contrib/ Extras origin online https://pkg.sun.com/opensolaris/extra/ Multimedia origin online http://opensolaris.homeunix.com:10906/ Sunfreeware origin online http://pkg.sunfreeware.com:9000/ Blastwave (disabled) origin online http://blastwave.network.com:10000/ kdeips-dev (disabled) origin online http://solaris.bionicmutton.org:10004/ KDE origin online http://solaris.bionicmutton.org:10000/ jucr.opensolaris.org origin online http://jucr.opensolaris.org/pending/
ips.enst.fr                           origin   online   http://ips.enst.fr/
$
$ pfexec pkg refresh --full
$

As you can see, the Extras is third down on the list and pkg refresh --full works here.

If you ask me, the "Forbidden" means to me that the certificate is not working.
