Its already set to the following values:
# cat /kernel/drv/e1000g.conf | grep Flow
FlowControl=3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3,3;
        # 0:  Flow control is completely disabled

I have still the problem:
# pfexec dladm set-linkprop -p flowctrl=bi e1000g0
# pfexec dladm show-linkprop | grep flowctrl
e1000g0      flowctrl        rw   no             bi             no,tx,rx,bi
