[osol-help] Need iptraf / ntop console tool for OpenSolaris?

I would like to watch in "realtime" my network traffic on OpenSolaris.
Is there any kind of console tool that I could run to see how much bandwith I'm 
currently using?
Something like iptraf?
It would be interessting to have this by zones, like "prstat -Z" with a column 
network traffic.
