Are you sure that download wasn't truncated; that the md5 checksum of the downloaded image is ok; and that the image was correctly burnt to an optical media? This looks as if the system's BIOS is able to read part of the optical media (grub, the grub menu), when when bios tries to load the solaris kernel from the optical media it gets a read error. > Press any key to continue... > > But I can press key. (Or it doesnt recognize my > keyboard rather) That is a different issue. Are you using an USB keyboard? Is there an "usb legacy keyboard emulation" option available in the BIOS? Try to enable it. Is the USB keyboard directly connected to an USB root port on the system's main board? Or is it connected to an USB port on an add-in USB controller card? Does your system have a PS/2 keyboard port, and do you have a PS/2 keyboard that you could try instead of using an USB keyboard? -- This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ opensolaris-help mailing list opensolaris-help@opensolaris.org
