OEL aims to be a binary replica of RHEL, but with Red Hat specific artwork and 
trademarks removed. It's different from CentOS in that to update it requires an 
Oracle support contract, but you can download the regular main releases for 
free. For a business contemplating RHEL, it would be a slam dunk because the 
OEL releases have all of the features of RHEL's highest-end datacenter version 
which costs thousands (assuming you need those features of course).
