Hi, just for the record, I was able to complete the lucreate after a lot of hassle and after I did disable a zfs send from a different pc to this one and after a change to a line of code inside /usr/lib/lu/lulib line 5347, inside function lulib_umount(), where there was a call to umount without -f to force it.
I don't know what was to "unlock" my upgrade, but after those changes the lucreate completed its job and I could issue luupgrade without any other problem. Best regads. Maurilio. PS.
