Hi,

I've spent a fair bit of time researching how to get dual screens running with
Intel graphics but cannot get them to work simultaneously, only one at a time.
I am running b134.

The display preferences tool can see the attached screens and returns this
error when trying to run 2 simultaneously:

The selected configuration for displays could not be applied
required virtual size does not fit available size, requested=(2560,1035),
minimum=(320,200), maximum=(1400,1400)

I understand I need to create a xorg.conf file and specify the Virtual area to
be accommodate the combined size of the screens with something like:

SubSection "Display"
Virtual 2560 1080
EndSubSection

I have generated a xorg.conf file using xorg -configure and modified it suit.
See attached

However with the Virtual directive active in xorg.conf, I simply get a blank
screen with a flashing cursor. If I comment the Virtual directive out, Gnome
starts fine albeit with only one screen active at a time.

I have attached the xorg.0.log file.

Is this a bug?

Cheers, JP
